I have been a burger flipper and an executive. I have been an office drone stuck to my desk and a salesman meeting new people regularly. I have worked support desks for products I cannot control and built new products from scratch.

I have worked from home and from an office. I have worked part time and full time. I have worked through high school, college and while raising my children. I have worked outside jobs and inside jobs.

I have owned businesses and I have worked for them. I have been part of start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. I have worked full time jobs that barely require my part time attention and part time jobs that sucked every hour from my day.

I have lived on a six figure salary and a minimum wage. I have worked both a skilled job and a revolving door position. I have been a volunteer leader and paid for my leadership.

In all of my experience with work, striving to serve others is my greatest passion. There are so many hours in a day and I choose to transform them with everything I offer. Because for me, my work is the gift that represents my love for my family, my community and my God. Work is not a four-letter word… it is a privilege, an honor and a source of joy.
